Closing as stale.

This auto-generated PR targets cockroachdb-skills 8716a659 (the "prefix all skill domain folders with cockroachdb- and add CLAUDE.md" change). Upstream main has since been rebased onto a different lineage that dropped that rename — 8716a659 is no longer an ancestor of the current submodule HEAD (84bc1e4), which I verified with git merge-base --is-ancestor.

cursor-plugin is already updated to that current HEAD (84bc1e4), so merging this would revert the skills to an abandoned lineage. The update-skills workflow will open a fresh PR automatically if upstream advances again.

Reopening. I closed this earlier on an incorrect premise, and I want to be clear about why.

My earlier analysis was based on a stale local checkout where the skills submodule still pointed at 84bc1e4, and from that I concluded 8716a659 (the cockroachdb- folder prefix rename) had been abandoned upstream. After fetching, that is not the case: claude-plugin main has already adopted 8716a659 (merged via cockroachdb/claude-plugin#18 and #19), so the prefixed layout is the current direction, not an abandoned one.

This PR is the matching update for cursor-plugin. Its base (a3bd37d3) is the current cursor-plugin main, and it advances the submodule to 8716a659, bringing cursor-plugin into parity with claude-plugin. Apologies for the incorrect close.
